In the event the bidder to whom said bonds are awarded shall fail or refuse to accept delivery of the same within five days after being notified that the bonds are ready for delivery, said check and the proceeds thereof shall become the property ol the School Townshiu and shall be considered as its liquidated damages growing out of such default. No bid for less than the par value of said bonds, including accrued interest to the date of delivery at the rate named in the bid, will be considered. The right is reserved to reject any and all bids. Said bonds are being issued under the provisions of Section 65-313 Burns Statute 1933 for the purpose of providing "funds to pay the Township's share of the cost, which, with the proceeds of a grant from the United States cf America, shall be used for the building and equipping of a six-room grade school building in said School Township. Said bonds are the direct obligations of the School Township, payable out of unlimited, ad valorem taxes to be levied and collected on all of the taxable property within the School Township. Said bonds will be in the denominations of $1,000.00 and will mature as follows: $4,000.00 on June 15, 1946, and $4,000.00 each six months thereafter to and including June 15, 1950; and $1,200.00 on December 15, 1950. In the event the bidder to whom said bonds are awarded shall fail or refuse to accept delivery of the same within five days after being notified that the bonds are ready for delivery, said check and the proceeds thereof shall become the property ol the School Townshiu and shall be considered as its liquidated damages growing out of such default. No bid for less than the par value of said bonds, including accrued interest to the date of delivery at the rate named in the bid, will be considered.
