Two-hour meeting was held to discuss overall
purposes and aims of a week-long program on
Conflict for junior high school members of the church
D Hector blocked-out a today program format
on race relations, to be included in the week-long
program.
June 3 Ball Band Plant
Agency was requested to assist in developing a
more aggressive recruitment procedure to employ
minority-group members.
Mr. F. A. Miller suggested a plant-sponsored
luncheon with the agency providing a list of
names of relevant groups to him. The list was
provided and Invitations sent
The Luncheon Meeting was held on June 21 at
the Ball Band Plant.

Luther Bellinger
(3) On June 23, 1966 anticipated in the program
as panel moderator
l4) Distributed literature kits and stressed the
importance of bringing representatives of
various agencies to the meetings to answer
questions of the group.
